Ok maybe the 'Italian soul' part is a bit dramatic but I have a penchant for exaggerating a bit, and I've felt a connection to the land of Galileo and gelato since I was a kid. Now I call it home, when I'm not in Western Australia, where I grew up. I run Yoga and Pilates classes and retreats on the north-west coast of Tuscany and across the region, as well as in Perth and south-west WA. I teach in Italian and English. 

I work with Explore Tuscany to provide outdoor yoga classes as part of their hiking and mountain biking packages.

I believe in the science (and magic) of functional movement and the freedom gained by earning a strong, healthy and happy body; in the benefits and joy of spending time immersed in nature; and in the communal power of good food to fuel truly satisfying lives. 


I completed 200-hour yoga teacher training through Power Living in Australia, mat pilates through STOTT Pilates; barre through Xtend Barre and Barre 2.0 in Perth, as well as Circuit7, Fitball and myofascial release training also through Xtend Barre, as well as TRX through its accredited training providers.
