Release, recentre, reset: get 2019-ready

Rushed, stressed, busy? That quiet anxiety that creeps up with the blank page and resolutions and endless possibilities and goals! that accompany a new year already lurking in the back of your mind? Yeah, I get it.

So it’s time to get quiet. Really quiet. No BS. No fluff. Just time, space and flow.

Some retreats promise everything, I’m promising this: a chance to sit on your mat, turn the outside noise down, and tune in. To turn the tables, ditch the stuff that gives you that funny knotty feeling in your gut, and to get really honest about where you’re at and how you’re approaching 2019.
That’s code for helping you live your #bestlife.

There’ll also be a good (maybe sweaty) flowing vinyasa session, as well as a long, slow, deep yin and yoga nidra rest at the end. Beginners and seasoned yoginis welcome.

Think sweet relief, deep breaths, a clean page to jot your thoughts, desires and biggest dreams down on paper. Soothing tunes, healthy snacks, a calm space and time for all of it. No rushing, no striving.

I’m keeping it small. Only 12 places are available.

This is gentle, important, nourishing work and you’ve got to be brave to dive in. And that’s what I’m inviting you to do: to pay some respect to yourself.

Who is this for? Anyone who wants (or needs) to lie down, check in with themselves, breathe and flow, and be ready to bring your best self to meet the year head on and with an open heart (also an excellent gift!)
