I run yoga and pilates classes and retreats on the north-west coast of Tuscany and across the region, as well as in Perth and south-west WA. I teach in Italian and English. 

I work with Explore Tuscany to provide outdoor yoga classes as part of their hiking and mountain biking packages.

I believe in the science (and magic) of functional movement and the freedom gained by earning a strong, healthy and happy body; in the benefits and joy of spending time immersed in nature; and in the communal power of good food and fun to fuel truly satisfying lives.

I completed 200-hour yoga teacher training through Power Living in Australia, mat pilates through STOTT Pilates; barre through Xtend Barre and Barre 2.0 in Perth, as well as Circuit7, Fitball and myofascial release training also through Xtend Barre, as well as TRX training through its accredited training providers. 


Yoga and Wellness Retreat with Julie Meek

Join us in the Tuscan hills for a week of twice daily yoga, gorgeous Italian food, swimming, relaxing and time out to revive and replenish. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, your only job is to take care of you. The week-long retreat includes hiking and a visit to a nearby village famed for its contemporary art installations.
